Took my shepherd on a hike this weekend and being able to slide it from 6 feet down to 3 when we hit the trailhead parking lot was genuinely handy. The bucklebone clip snaps on one-handed, which matters when your other hand is full of poop bags.

The slide adjuster actually works one-handed, which matters when my dog spots a squirrel and I need to shorten up fast. The bucklebone clip feels solid too, no wobble at the collar ring like my old lead had.

Victoria ★★★★★

Switching from 3 feet to 6 feet mid-walk is way smoother than I expected—the slide adjuster works even with a pulling dog. The bucklebone clip feels solid and clicks in securely every time, no fumbling. This is the only lead I grab now.
